AIT Offers Integrated Test & Simulation PXI Systems for LabVIEW® Applications
Avionics Interface Technologies (AIT) announced today that it now offers fully integrated high-channel density Avionics Test & Simulation PXI systems for LabVIEW® applications. The AIT Avionics Test & Simulation PXI systems feature fully integrated high-channel density avionics data bus test and simulation systems for Fibre Channel, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, and ARINC 664 using AIT’s industry-leading PXI and PXI Express avionics interface modules with LabVIEW® certified device drivers.
AIT’s integrated systems offer flexible solutions to any any Avionics automatic test equipment (ATE) need; including custom ATE systems, standard test platforms, and customer-designed/legacy ATE systems based on LabVIEW® applications.
AIT’s PXI and PXI Express MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, Fibre Channel, and ARINC-664 boards used in the PXI Test & Simulation Systems provide advanced features including the capability to synchronize modules using the PXI 10MHz timing signal. The modules also support PXI backplane triggering capabilities and provide discrete I/O signaling at the front panel. Systems with high channel densities are possible supporting up to twenty 4-Gbps Fibre Channel interfaces, 40 MIL-STD-1553 bus interfaces, 20 ARINC 664/Ethernet interfaces, or greater than 300 ARINC 429 channel interfaces. Multiple combinations of data bus protocol interfaces are also possible.
The fully integrated PXI Test & Simulation Systems are delivered with AIT’s databus Software Development Kits, including complete certified LabVIEW® Instrument Driver support. In addition to LabVIEW®, Application Programmer’s Interfaces (APIs) are available for C/C++, C#, and VB.NET. Supported operating systems include Windows XP/7, Linux, and LabVIEW® Real-Time. Avionics data bus analyzer software including AIT’s Flight Simulyzer and fcXplorer are optionally available.
